Perspective researches

Study of coat proteins antigenic structure for Tobacco mosaic virus strains, which circulate at different regions of Ukraine. Investigation of antigenic and immunogenic properties of diphtheria toxin in order to create subunit vaccines and develop modern immunodiagnostic test-systems.

Synthesis and characterization of immunoconjugates on basis of diphtheria toxin and several coumarins with the purpose of obtaining of polyclonal antibodies against carrier and gaptens.
